Growing up on a farm, Erica would have to take an hour-long bus ride to school. Her mom would always pack a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for her. She’d savour it while the country-side passed by. Pure bliss. This bar brings her back. They roast and grind peanuts with cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic with lovely fruity notes.
